1. Watching TV. We don’t even have a TV at the farm and the reception would be lousy.

2. Fine Dining. There are a few restaurants, but not many, and all are very plain and simple fare. We usually just haul in the food and then cook at the farm. There is a list of restaurants, and there is an excellent grocery store about 8 miles away.

3. Fancy Dressing: This place is a farm. Sturdy shoes or boots, blue jeans, and warm, comfortable clothing are your best bet. Being outside, things do tend to get dirty, but we have a washer and dryer. Bring plenty of socks.

4. Big City Excitement: Huh! We love the city, but that’s what we are trying to get away from here. Some of our “big city” friends have told us, “Your farm sure is pretty, but its so boring, there’s nothing to do.” Oh Well, you can’t please all of the people all of the time, and that’s why we made this list.

We do have Free Wi-Fi.
